The storage method of UV floor coating is as follows:
1. Light resistant sealing: UV coatings are sensitive to light and should be stored in a cool, dark, and well ventilated area. After use, tighten the bottle cap immediately to prevent solvent evaporation or contamination. You can choose opaque containers and avoid direct sunlight. If necessary, use breathable containers or small containers for packaging, or regularly open the lid for ventilation to extend the storage period.
2. Pressure and moisture prevention: Heavy objects should not be stacked above the storage container and should not be placed directly on the ground. It should be placed on a stable platform such as a shelf, and kept away from water sources and easily contaminated areas to prevent the coating from getting damp or deteriorating.
3. Temperature control: High temperatures can accelerate the polymerization reaction of coatings, leading to gelation. It is recommended to control the storage temperature between 5-25 ℃. If the ambient temperature is high, refrigeration can be used to extend the storage period, but cost-effectiveness should be considered.
4. Packaging and storage initiator and promoter: The two react violently, and direct mixing may cause combustion or explosion. It needs to be packaged and stored separately. Before use, thoroughly mix the initiator with the resin, and then add the accelerator to ensure safety.
5. Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly check the condition of the coating, and if there are layering, sedimentation, or odors, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. At the same time, clean the storage area, keep the environment clean, and avoid mixing debris into the paint.
